Our Bambu Indah Kitchen is open daily from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm. Proudly serving local cuisine prepared with great care, with recipes that have crossed generations and embody the nature we reside in. The Bambu Indah Kitchen received the 2014 Snail of Approval by complying with Slow Food Bali’s guidelines of using at least 75% Indonesia-produced ingredients, sustainably managing our waste and paying fair wages to our incredible staff.

We source many of our ingredients from our very own organic gardens and locally source what our permaculture cannot supply. Supporting the local economy while maintaining freshness and transparency is the top priority of our culinary experience.
